Safeguarding

Protecting Every Child.
Every Time.

Safeguarding isn't a compliance checkbox for Edvantro, it's the foundation of everything we do. Every teacher we place meets rigorous safer recruitment standards before they ever enter a classroom.

Our Commitment

Safeguarding Statement

Edvantro is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff, candidates, and partners to share this commitment.

We operate in full compliance with the statutory guidance set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE 2025), Working Together to Safeguard Children (2026), the Prevent Duty, and all relevant legislation including the Children Act 1989 and 2004.

Our Approach to Safer Recruitment

All candidates registered with Edvantro undergo a thorough vetting process before being placed in any school. This is not a one-time exercise, we maintain active oversight of all compliance documentation and require renewals where applicable.

We work closely with schools' Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) to ensure that every placement is appropriate, compliant, and safe. We take seriously our responsibility as an employment business operating in a regulated sector.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead

Edvantro has a named Designated Safeguarding Lead responsible for overseeing all safeguarding matters within the business. If you have any concerns, questions, or wish to report a matter, please contact us directly.

Full Safeguarding Policy

Our complete safeguarding policy covers safer recruitment, roles and responsibilities, reporting procedures, training requirements, data protection, online safety, and whistleblowing.
